Initial Contact

First contact typically occurs through partners, real estate agents, or directly through our website. We're always happy to schedule an introduction to discuss your needs.

Introduction Meeting

During this meeting, we explore your ambitions and ideas. We share our vision and capabilities, giving you immediate insight into how we can work together.

Concept Design

After understanding your requirements, we put our initial ideas on paper in a spatial plan. This concept design also provides insight into rental costs and indicative expenses.

Preliminary Design

We further develop your requirements into a preliminary design. During this phase, we specify costs and formalise partnerships with suppliers.

Final Design

With the last adjustments complete, we prepare the design for planning permissions. Once these have been obtained, construction can begin.

Project Execution

We keep you continuously informed throughout implementation. We coordinate all the parties involved to ensure successful project completion.

Project Spotlight: DC Welkoop

In Apeldoorn, we developed a strategic distribution centre with service offices for Welkoop Retail B.V. With 20,000 m² of DC space and 3,500 m² of office space, we created a solution that perfectly matches their operational needs.

Following organisational changes, Welkoop needed a new home base. Our logistics analysis singled out Apeldoorn as the ideal location for distributing to over 150 stores, offering optimal accessibility for employees. By intelligently combining office and storage space, we created efficient connections between order pickers, planners, technicians, and drivers.
