Amersfoort, 10 November 2021 – On 9 November, the first pile for Hello World was sunk by Haarlemmermeer aldermen Marja Ruigrok and Jurgen Nobel. The project covers almost 47,000 m² of logistics business space, including offices, mezzanine and multifunctional areas. Hello World is a development of Delta Development Group and VolkerWessels Logistics Development and follows one year after the Completion of ABC Square, in terms of similarity the 'sister' of Hello World and the first project of VolkerWessels Logistics and Delta at Schiphol Trade Park.

In addition to logistics functions, the eight linkable units of approximately 6,000 m² each can be used flexibly, with possibilities for a showroom, testing room, production facility or office. This makes the project attractive to a broad group of users, whether they are logistics service providers, regional trading companies or, for example, fashion and hi-tech companies.

Like ABC Square, the Cradle to Cradle optimised Hello World will be equipped with eye-catching green central entrances, an attractive façade of sunproof glazing and panels in graphic patterns. The building will have a BREEAM Excellent certificate. The interior architecture is also people-oriented: much attention has been paid to daylight and healthy air, with (interior) greenery playing an important role. The building is all-electric, and the solar roof of over 11,000 panels ensures that the building is energy positive. Hello World's lease is handled by Van Gool Elburg Real Estate Specialists and Cushman & Wakefield.
