NIEUWEGEIN, MARCH 15, 2024 – ABC Harnaschpolder, a development combination of Delta Development and VolkerWessels Logistics Development, has signed a lease agreement with Rollema Installation Services, part of Logicall, for its new-build development located on the Harnaschpolder business park in Den Hoorn.
ABC Harnaschpolder is a high-quality development of approximately 15,000 m² of logistics business and office space on one of the last available plots on the Harnaschpolder business park, ideally located along the A4 between The Hague and Rotterdam.
With ABC Harnaschpolder, tenant Rollema has found the ideal location for the consolidation of several locations in the Delft area and is a specialist in the supply, installation and maintenance of, among other things, ATMs, coffee machines, fitness equipment, packaging systems, soft drink machines and self-scan payment systems in supermarkets. Rollema has been part of Logicall since 2022, further strengthening its leading position in the field of Installation Services in the Benelux. From this location, Rollema can further strengthen its market position and will be able to carry out deliveries and installations with electric vehicles from this location in the future. The starting point is to use the roof to generate electricity for charging the buses and trucks.
Fred Weijgertse, Group Director Technical Logistics division of Logicall: “This location enables us to facilitate the rapidly growing demand for installation activities in a state-of-the-art building for our customers. We can further professionalize and expand both in terms of handling & storage and we can also better facilitate our staff from this modern working environment. In short, from this location we are able to build a successful expansion of our services where sustainability is an important pillar.”

The project is characterized by a combination of high-quality industrial and office space and, due to its location, is ideally suited for local and national logistics services. The building was designed by OPL Architects. They have succeeded in spatially fitting the project well into the environment and achieving high quality. The result is a design with a dynamic facade in which different heights, materials and colors are used, which explicitly take the environment into account. A lot of attention has also been paid to green use of the outdoor space to promote biodiversity. The project will receive a BREEAM Very Good certification.
