FUTURE-PROOF AND MULTIFUNCTIONAL IN USE

Waalwijk DC I

Waalwijk DC I is, among other things, future-proof and multifunctional in use due to the preparations included in the realisation for the possible expansion of the loading bay with 10 additional loading docks. The construction and foundations have also been designed for the later addition of a mezzanine along the entire frontage. The distribution centre can be enlarged by approximately 3,000 m² at the location of the outdoor area currently used for storage.

DC Waalwijk concerns the development of the first phase of a redevelopment of a plot of almost 4 hectares, right next to the Waalwijk harbour. This project is an excellent example of our focus on redeveloping outdated business locations. DC Waalwijk II (@link project) concerns the completion of the remaining 1.1 hectare plot.
