Smart Connectivity
DC Huissen benefits from an excellent position between Arnhem and Nijmegen. The location at the end of the A15 extension towards the A12, near BCTN Nijmegen and the future Railterminal Gelderland, offers access to all transport modes. This multimodal accessibility in a densely populated region creates optimal business opportunities.
Technology that Works
The complex consists of two units of 13,500 and 8,400 m², each equipped with ample loading docks and overhead doors. The smart site layout with ring road and special loading pit accommodates LHVs (Longer Heavier Vehicles) and prevents waiting times. With a clear height of 12.20 metres and DIN 15185 floors, we enable automation and narrow aisle solutions. Fiber optic connections and modern climate control systems complete the high-quality package. Specially for Hoevers Transport, we've added extra overhead doors and a canopy, ensuring timber products are always loaded and unloaded under dry conditions.
Room for Growth
The excellent corner offices create direct views of the docks and connect office functions with logistics operations. The mezzanines above the expedition zones offer flexible space for additional offices, small goods storage, or value-added logistics. This smart combination of functions and adaptable layout allows the building to grow with its users.
