With 5,724 m² of warehouse space, flexible mezzanine, and modern offices, the distribution centre provides all the ingredients for effective small-scale logistics operations. Four loading docks and a ground-level overhead door ensure smooth goods-flow, while the secure site guarantees maximum safety. The office space offers employees a pleasant working environment with views over the canal.

The location maximises the advantages of Waalwijk's growing logistics strength. Located directly on the A59 and near the new inland harbour, the complex offers excellent connections for various transport modes.
