From industrial heritage to sustainable logistics

On the site of a former glass factory in Heerlen, we've realised a state-of-the-art distribution centre that perfectly aligns with B&R Premium Logistics' growth ambitions. This built-to-suit development transforms industrial heritage into a leading logistics complex near both the German and Belgian borders. This project demonstrates how redevelopment and sustainability go hand in hand with operational excellence.

International Crossroads

DC Soureth draws its strength from its strategic location on the A76 at De Beitel business park. With the German border just 7 minutes away and Belgium within 17 minutes' drive, this location offers excellent connections for international logistics activities. The strategic position in South Limburg makes the complex an ideal base for cross-border operations.

Energy for the Future

The gas-free, fully electric complex sets new standards in sustainability. With space for 10,000 solar panels, capable of powering approximately 1,800 households, the project contributes substantially to the energy transition. The BREEAM certification under the new BRL-2020 requirements underscores our commitment to sustainable construction.

Room for Growth

On a 5-hectare plot, the distribution centre offers ample space for optimal logistics operations. With 31,000 m² warehouse, 5,700 m² mezzanine, and 1,100 m² office space, the complex is fully tailored to B&R Premium Logistics' requirements. The building's entrance is designed to prevent trucks and cars from crossing paths, ensuring optimal traffic flow on the site. This routing and the 291 parking spaces, including 30 with charging points (expandable to 89), guarantee smooth operational processes.
