VolkerWessels Logistics Development and Delta Development sell ABC Harnaschpolder to AEW
Rijssen, April 22, 2025 - Partners VolkerWessels Logistics Development (VWLD) and Delta Development (Delta) have sold the sustainable logistics center ABC Harnaschpolder, located on business park Harnaschpolder in Midden-Delfland, to AEW.
ABC Harnaschpolder, with a long-term lease to Logicall Technical Installation Services (Logicall), offers high-quality industrial and office space of approximately 15,040 m² in total and achieves a BREEAM Very Good score. The logistics center stands out because of its sustainable and circular building principles. The building is equipped with energy-efficient installations, including electric heat pumps and solar panels and it is designed according to the Cradle-to-Cradle philosophy, which manifests itself in the use of non-toxic, recyclable materials and the “design for disassembly” principle (designing products with disassembly in mind).

ABC Harnaschpolder was designed by OPL architects and built by VolkerWessels company Systabo. The complex has been leased on a long-term basis to Logicall Technical Installation Services, a one-stop-shop logistics service provider.
