Abc Square is a joint development of VolkerWessels Logistics Development and Delta Development Group. Due to the successful leasing and the expected continuing demand in the region for high-quality industrial space, both parties are continuing with the development of the second phase of Abc Square, which will be slightly larger at 40,000 m².
